How to register and verify your account

Registration of account

To register account in the registration form enter your email-address and password and click on «Sign Up».

Confirmation of account

After you clicked on «Sign Up» on the email-address that you entered you will receive a letter with a confirmation link, to confirm email-address just click on it.

Also to confirm your account you need to fill in your personal information in the section «Account Details» and confirm the mobile number that you entered in the section «Account Details». To confirm the mobile number, on the number that you entered will be sent a text message with a confirmation code. Code from the message you need to entered in the section «Account Details».

How to change the sender name and add an additional email-address

The sender name — it's a name that your subscribers will be see when they get your campaign. The sender name does not depend on email-address of the sender, and you can edit it for the new campaign.

By default as the sender name sender uses the name of the organization or your name and last name from the section «Account Details» if you don't fill in the organization field.

When you create the sender name to increase the number of reads and ensure getting messages in the Inbox, follow these rules:

  1. The name must identify you as accurate as possible for your the subscriber. Your subscribers first of all will read the messages from known senders. Represents to your subscriber as well as you represents to them to get their consent to receive your campaign. If the sender name is not known, then the message can be deleted by your subscribers, or marked as spam, then delivery of new messages in the Inbox of this subscriber will be difficult and when number of complaints will be large your delivery may deteriorate by the entire campaign.
  2. The sender name must be short — try to cut it to 15−20 characters so your subscribers in their mail service interface or program can completely read it

In 15−20 characters can usually be put:

  • The address of the site;
  • Brand name;
  • The name of a store or retail chain;
  • Name and last name of the sender.

  1. Avoid using special characters, writing the sender name by capital letters, quotation marks and punctuation, phone numbers, which your subscribers is not likely to remember and other information that does not identify you and as a result is useless.

Change the sender name in the section «Account Details»

1. Go to the section «Account Details» and in the opened window opposite the «Login (email)» click on «Change login».

2. In the box that appear enter your new email-address and click on «Change login».

After it on your new email-address you will receive a letter with the link to confirm, you need to click on this link to confirm your address.

Changing the sender name in the editor of campaign

The sender name can be changed directly in the editor of campaign. For this, during the creation of campaign (in the editor of campaign) in the graph «From» click on the button «Change».

In the field that appears enter a new name from which you want to send your campaign.

Additional email-address of the sender (available for owners of paid accounts)

To add additional email-address of the sender go to the section «Account Details» and click on the «SMS sender's name and additional emails».

In the next window opposite the «Extra 'Form' emails» click on «Add».

Enter the new sender name and an additional email address and click on the «Add».

After it on the email address that you add you will receive an email with a link to confirm additional email-address. After clicking on the confirmation link you can send the campaign from the new email-address and the sender name, which you can select in the editor of campaign in the graph «From». To do this click on the button"Change" and chose the address you need.

How to change password in account

You can change your password in the section My Account -> Change Password.

Or ask for password recovery by clicking «Forgot password?» under the form of log in.

After a request for password recovery you need to confirm changing the password by clicking on the link in the message that you will get. In the next message the service will send the value of the temporary password with which you will be able to get into your account.

How to create a mail list

To create a mail list go to the section «Mail lists» and click on «Create Mail List».

Then enter the name of the mail list and click «Save».

A single addition of subscriber

To add a one subscriber go to the section «Mail lists» and click on the needed campaign.

In the opened window, click on «Add Subscriber».

Then enter the email of subscriber (phone number, name, last name and other data, if necessary) and click on «Save». Please note that if you not remove a checkmark in the box marked «and remind to subscriber about subscription to your news», then your subscriber will be added to the mail list with the status of «Subscribed», but on his email will be sent notification of a subscription to your campaign and link to unsubscribe from your campaign, if he wants to unsubscribe. If you remove the checkmark such a letter won't be sent.

Import data from xls, xml or csv files

To quick add a new subscribers and update existing you can used the function of import data from xls, xml or csv files.

To add subscribers by using the function of import data from xls, xml or csv files, go to the section «Mail lists» and the opposite of the needed list click on the «Import».

In the opened window, select your file, choose variant of action with data of your subscribers and click «Upload». To avoid mistakes in the names of the data fields of subscribers before import data download xls or xml template to fill out.

Actions with subscribers:

Subscribe — add the subscriber data to the mail list with the status of «Subscribed». If the subscriber has been previously added to the mail list, then service updates his data.

Unsubscribe — if the subscriber has been previously added to the mail list, then service updates his data and changed his status to «Unsubscribed» otherwise adds the subscriber data to the mail list with the status «Unsubscribed».

Unsubscribe forever — the status of subscribers will be changed to «Unsubscribed» for all mail lists in your account.

Unsubscribe from selected lists — opens a window with a choice of mail lists to unsubscribe, then the status of the subscribers will be changed to «Unsubscribed» in marked mail lists.

Delete — removes the subscriber from the mail list.

Complete removal of profiles — subscribers will be removed from all mail lists. Also subscriber data will be completely removed from the account with the history of the subscriber.

Information about discrepancy of the loaded data (import errors) you can see in the results of the last import, which will appear on the page of import after you upload file.

Upload files can contain any number of fields necessary for you (necessary one of the fields email or phone) and must have the following form:

After upload the file to import, if there is no names of fields or not all fields are indicated, or the names of some fields doesn't match with the service names, you will get to the window of «Mapping». Here you can indicate a name for each of the fields in the list. You can use the default and add your own fields. After you indicated all required fields click «Proceed».

Simple subscribers import from text

To add subscribers by using the function of simple subscribers import from text, go to the section «Mail lists» and the opposite of the needed list click «Import».

In the opened window, select «3. Simple subscribers import from the text».

In the form that appears, insert the email-addresses of your subscribers, one email-address in one line and click «Subscribe».

Please note, that this variant of imports is allowed to import only email-address and only 100 subscribers at a time.

Import from a remote xml-file with authorization

You can import your subscribers from xml-file which located on your server.

To add subscribers by using the function of import subscribers from xml-file by URL, go to the section «Mail lists» and the opposite of the needed list click «Import».

In the opened window, select the «2. Import subscribers from xml-file by URL».

In the opened form fill in the «URL», «Login», «Password» and click «Load xml».

How to create a subscription form

Allow to visitors of your website or blog to subscribe on your campaign. To do this, you can use FEEDGEE subscription form. Just copy the code of subscription form for a appropriate mail list and paste it in the html-code of pages of your website.

To get the subscription form:

1. Open the section «Mail lists».

2. Click on the link «Subscribe box code» opposite the needed mail list.

3. In the opened window, select the characteristics of the subscription form (color, width, etc.).

4. From field «Subscribe form code for your site» and copy all lines with the code and paste it in the html-code of pages of your website, where the subscription form will be situated.

For different pages of the site, you can create different subscription form to collect subscribers to different mail lists.

Segmentations of mail lists

Segmentations of mail lists allows to you allocate from the mail list a segment of subscribers by a particular condition or set of conditions and use it as a separate mail list.

To allocate the segment of subscribers from a mail list, go to the section «Mail lists» and opposite the needed mail list click the «Create».

In the opened window, you can allocate from your mail list subscribers by such parameters:

  • Last activity (date of sending the last campaign for this subscribers);
  • Undelivered (date of sending the last campaign which for some reason hasn't been delivered to subscribers);
  • Subscription Date (date of addition subscribers to your account);
  • Email (search by field, for example, you can allocate subscribers, email-addresses of who are registered in a particular service);
  • Phone Number (search by field, for example, you can allocate subscribers numbers of who belong to a particular operator);
  • First Name ;
  • Last name;
  • Gender;
  • Language;
  • Date of birth (;
  • City;
  • Zip;
  • Region;
  • Country;
  • Hobby;
  • Occupation;
  • Discount code;

After you have selected the option you want, click «View Segment» to see the new created segment. Then enter the name of the segment and click on «Save».

Allocated segment of subscribers you can be found on the page «Mail lists» by click on «Show» opposite the mail list for which was created the segment.

To create a campaign based on drag and drop editor go to the section «Create/send» and click on «Create campaign».

In the field «Mail List» choose your list, then enter the subject and in the field «Drag'n'Drop Editor» click on the «Create message».

In the opened window create your message by dragging the desired blocks from the left panel to the message area and click on the «Send».

Also you can return to the message settings by clicking on «Back».

After you make all the changes, you can go back to editor to change your message by clicking on «Edit Message» or go to the planning page by clicking on the «Test and send a message».

On planning page you can set your campaign in schedule or send it immediately.

Also on planning page you can send a test message to your email-address to see how your message will be displayed. To do this in the field «Send Test To» enter the address on which you want to send a test message and click «Send».

Creating campaign with a text editor

To create email-campaign go to section «Create/send» and click on «Create Campaign».

In the field «Mail List» choose your list, then enter the subject, and in the field «Rich Text Editor», click on the «Select»

Also you can return to the message settings by clicking on «Settings».

After you make all the changes, you can go back to editor to change your message by clicking on «Edit Message», or go to the planning page by clicking on the «Test and send a message.»

On planning page you can set your campaign in schedule or send it immediately.

Also on planning page you can send a test message to your email-address to see how your message will be displayed. To do this in the field «Send Test To» enter the address on which you want to send a test message and click «Send».

Create a custom email template

To add a new template go to the section «Templates» in the left menu select «My Templates» and click «Add new templates»

On the page of adding template enter the name of template and specify the path to the template file on your computer or link on the template

Then click «Load». After successfully downloading the template will be available to you in the Editor templates and wizards campaign.

How to create a campaign on basis of pre-designed templates from the library of templates

In the campaign editor click on the «Templates» to open the library of the template.

In the library of templates, click on the template with a suitable structure.

For example, we clicked on the template «Simple — column to the left».

In the campaign editor opens the selected template in which you need to edit the content of blocks, by replacing it's on your text and images examples of design template.

Blocks can be the several forms:

  • image block (by default contains one image and with special button you can add text);
  • block with mixed content (text, images);
  • block column (one of the several blocks placed nearby as columns);
  • blocks with special content (links to groups in social networks, the block «teaser» with the announcement of the message content, the block with the link to web-version and other useful components of message campaign).

To edit the contents of the block, click on it and use the offered tools to edit this type of blocks.

Block with mixed content (text, images)

By click on the block with the example of a text is opened editor, where you can replace the text plug to your text or html-code.

In the text blocks you can also add images with the option in the editor «Image Manager».

In the block of image you can insert images previously loaded into your account, download a new image from your computer or set a link to an image from the internet, which should appear in the template.

By click on the block of image is opened the image manager, where you can select a previously loaded into your account image and download a new image from your computer. Choose in the image manager needed image and click «Insert».

To display in message an image that available by link on another site, close the image manager and select the «Insert Image» and in the opened form in the field «URL» enter the address of an image in the internet.

In the names of the image you can not use cyrillic characters.

By use the button «Add the URL» that pop-up when you point on the block with an image, you can add to the image a link.


You can copy, delete and swapped columns in the template use the buttons that pop-up when you point on a column.

Blocks-columns are edited as the same way as the other blocks.

3. Design the templates

To design a template you can use the top panel of styles or style editor.

The top panel of styles allows you to change styles of each of the template separately.

So with the help of editable information blocks in templates in just a couple minutes to you can create a beautiful and pleasant message to view, for example like this:

Schedule email campaign

To set the campaign in the schedule, go to section «Create/Send» and click on «Create Campaign».

In the opened window, in the field «Mail List» choose your mail list, then enter the subject of the message and enter the text of your message and click «Send».

On the next page, at the bottom, select the option «Schedule» and set the needed date and time of sending and click on the «Schedule».

The campaign which set in schedule you can view at the section «Schedule».

The campaign in the schedule can be put on «Pause», by clicking on the «Pause».

To send a campaign which set on «Pause» it is necessary to restore it in the schedule. To do this, click on the «Resume» button and set the send time for this campaign.

Sent campaigns or those for which wasn't set time of sending, are not displayed in the section «Schedule».

Email campaign analytics key performance indicators

Collecting the results of sent campaigns occurs in the section «Analytics». Thanks to this section feedback for campaigns become easily available and clearly.

Analytics page is divided into following parts:

Campaign snformation:

  • Name of campaign
  • Sent Date
  • Name of mail list
  • Link to view the contents of the message

User activity:

  • Clicks — number of clicks on links
  • Unsubscribed
  • Spam reports
  • Spam temperature
  • MLQ (Mail list quality)

Mail list quality can be equal or less than 100. The closer the value of MLQ to 100 the more loyal you can call your recipients from this mail list for received messages.

  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Bounced

Item «Bounced» provides information of the number of not received messages and reflect the list of subscribers, which for technical reasons (errors in email address, crowded email-box or other reasons on the side of the recipient) are not able to get a message.

Interactivity content:

  • Diagram of temporal activity of subscribers provides a visual representation of the temporal distribution of the number of clicks on links by subscribers and life time of email message.
  • Links popularity map indicates the degree of interest in received information following with link, if the message contained links.
  • Popularity rating helps you to identify the most actual for your subscribers theme and information blocks.
  • As a numerical characteristic efficiency of the links is used CTR (Clicks Through Rate) and complex evaluation of the efficiency of message campaign CTCR (Click Through Content Rate).

Actions with subscribers in analytics

In analytics of the campaign on the page of «actions» you can get a lists of subscribers who read your campaign, clicked on the links, not received the message, and also you can do such actions with this a list — unsubscribe, remove from the list, export to CSV.

Page of «actions» with subscribers is available by click on any index which situated above the diagram of the campaign — Opened, Clicks and etc.

You can execute the actions of such groups of subscribers:

Subscribers who:

  • Opened — subscribers who have read the campaign;
  • Click — subscribers who clicked on the link in the message;
  • Bounced — subscribers who haven't received the message of campaign for different reasons;
  • Unsubscribed — subscribers who refused from campaign;
  • Spam reports — subscribers who clicked on «Spam report».

When you select a «Bounced», you can also select the reason in which the message wasn't delivered, for example it's allow you to unsubscribe or delete from the list all subscribers with wrong email.

After you select a group you will be available next actions with list of subscribers:

  • Export to csv (save a csv-file with a list of subscribers);
  • Unsubscribe (assigns to the selected subscribers the status of «Unsubscribed»);
  • Delete (delete the selected subscribers from the mail list).

When you click «Selected» actions will be executed only for subscribers, who marked in the list with the check boxes, by click the «All» — to entire list of subscribers.

With the help of page «actions» you can unsubscribe from the campaign subscribers with wrong email or get a list of active subscribers who read your campaign and clicked on the links, for example, to provide a special conditions for the purchase of goods or services which stimulate the sales (from which is difficult to refuse ;-).

Subscribers geolocation

On the page of campaign analytics geographical map (Geomap) displayed the number of opened in various cities, regions and countries and opened the list of subscriber in them.

The extent of your campaign as in the global and local scale, displayed colors on the map. To get a list of subscribers of the most significant parts of the world for you, click on «Subscribers» in the table with the names of countries, regions and cities.

Map of links popularity let you know which links in the message are the most popular among subscribers. Click on the page of campaign analytics on the link «Links popularity map» to see what was «hot».

For clarity of link popularity, we showed this information in the form of a «heat map». Popular links highlighted of «hot» color, and the less popular — «cool» color. Next to each link is displayed mark with the number of clicks on this link.

In the right part of the window is a pop-up rating of links with the detailed information about clicks on each link and indicators CTR, CTOR, CTCR.

With the maps of links popularity you can know:

  • Which links were popular;
  • Where better to situate your links;
  • How design your links (by image or in text).

You can get this information from the map of links and make all your links visible to your subscribers.

Email applications and devices analytics

Analytics of email applications of your subscribers shows what programs and devices use your subscribers when they open your messages.

Diagram of application allows you to determine what your subscribers use: email programs, browsers or mobile applications.

To get a list of subscribers who use the application, devices or program, click on the number of opened.

You can optimize the design of your messages for applications which used your subscribers, if you create a message without using a Feedgee templates, which are optimized for display, as in email programs and on modern mobile devices.

How to avoid spam (junk) folder

Each mail server or email services (,, etc.) Use their own set of rules and configure their own spam filters and other protective equipment, according to the internal security policy and regulations to combat spam.

Algorithms for checking spam filters are different. Technology DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) combines several existing antiphishing and antispam methods to improve the quality of classification and email authentication. Instead of the traditional IP-address to identify the sender DKIM adds a digital signature associated with the name of your domain. Manage SPF record

To add a SPF record in DNS-records of your domain you need to create a TXT record and save it with these values:

  • Provides, sells or offers products, services or content frequently associated with unsolicited commercial email, a. k. a. spam, such as email-lists, spam-campaigns, online and direct pharmaceutical sales, including but not limited to health and sexual well-being products, odds making and betting/gambling services.
  • Provides material that is grossly offensive, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about children without their consent (or their parents consent in the case of a minor).
  • Sells or promotes any products or services that are unlawful in the location at which the content is posted or received.
  • Introduces viruses, worms, harmful code and/or Trojan horses on the internet.
  • Promotes, solicits or participates in pyramid schemes or multi-level channel and/or network marketing (MLM) businesses, including but not limited to personal work-at-home offers promoting «get rich quick», «build your wealth» and «financial independence» offerings.
  • Engages in any libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing activity.
  • Posts any content that advocates, promotes or otherwise encourages violence against any governments, organizations, groups or individuals or which provides instruction, information or assistance in causing or carrying out such violence.
  • Provides content, including images, of authors, artists, photographers or others without the express written consent of the content owner.

Mail lists and campaigns moderation. Disabled accounts.

The campaign gets on moderation, if it contains the word or links that have been used in the campaign marked as spam by a large number of subscribers.

Mail list gets on moderation, if there are «suspicious» address.

For free accounts moderation of the mail lists and campaigns makes only on weekdays.

If you are a owner of free account, and your mail list or campaign are moderated more than 12 hours per working day or your campaign got the status «Decline» and you can confirm the fact of the consent of your subscribers to recieve your campaign, please write a request to support with information about how subscribers consent was received.

Blocking of accounts

According to the rules of the service, we reserve the full right in its own discretion at any time fully or partially restrict access to the service without the right of recovery, if there is confidence in the violation of any of the rules of use of the service. In 99.99% of blocking occurs because of violation by users anti spam policy.

Access recovery is possible only if the owner of the account provide the facts, that there was no violation.

According to the user agreement if you don't have information that confirms that there was no violations of the rules of service and any other user agreements were not provide, after 7 days from the date of blocking and without notice can be removed any information, records, files applies to your account or account itself without possibility of recover.

Creating editable blocks follow the following rules:
Do not create too many blocks edited so as not to complicate the pattern.
The units are typical names. If you change the template after the addition of a material, some of them may be lost if the unit is assigned to the unusual names.
Use the following common names for the main blocks:

  • fdg:edit="header" - заголовок письма.
