What is Spam?

Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email to only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

How to obtain the consent on the campaign?

  • The owner of the email address or mobile number clearly realized the fact that they transfer to you their email address or mobile and the nature of their use to send messages.
  • The recipient confirmed his consent to receive your campaigns with agreed theme.

On what email address or mobile number you can send your messages by using FEEDGEE?

By using the Service you can keep the data of subscribers and send them messages only if you get the consent of the owner of the email address or mobile number. Get consent as follows:

  • Via the subscription form on your website or via a form in your group in social network.
  • Via the registration form on your website with an option that can be selected to indicate consent to your campaign or by using a similar option in the settings of a user account registered on your site.
  • By filling in paper forms, questionnaires, with personal signature of the contract with the owner of the email address or mobile number confirming consent to receive your messages.
  • Email message in which the owner of the email address confirmed his agreement to receive your message (the original message should be with full system headers that contain data when, where or by whom this message was sent to you).

On what email address or mobile number you can't send your messages by using FEEDGEE?

  • If you don't have the consent of the the owner of email address or mobile number to sending him messages with this subjects.
  • You purchased data of recipients from third person or plan to use data which you get without consent of their owners, for example on the internet, in print media, or any other sources in which they can be published. You should get the consent of each owners to whom you are going to send a messages.
  • You don't communicate with the owner of data for more than 2 years. In this case you need to get the consent again, because the owner of data can forget about you, change the email-address or mobile number or your information can be not actual for him any more.

Is there a law against sending SPAM?

Yes, there is such law at the national and international level which makes not attractive perspective of spam sender compared to the advantage they get, because it allows not only administrative but also criminal liability. The Service cooperates with national and international organizations, email services in order to reduce spam activity and exchange of information about facts and threats.

How to protect yourself from Spam?

Take the Spam Test:

  • Are you used a purchased list of email-addresses?
  • Are you sending to non-specific addresses, system addresses or other general addresses?
  • Are you sending to distribution lists or mailing lists which send indirectly to a variety of email addresses?
  • Are you mailing to anyone who has not explicitly agreed to join your mailing list?
  • Have you falsified your originating address or transmission path information?
  • Have you used a third party email address or domain name without their permission?
  • Does your email's subject line contain false or misleading information?
  • Does your email fail to provide a working link to unsubscribe?
  • Are you failing to process any unsubscribe requests that come to you via a reply to your email within 10 days or the request?

What is the moderation of mail lists, campaigns and blocking accouts?

Automatic monitoring monitors the data stored in the account as a result of identification data which similar to data which was used by spam senders mail lists or campaigns in these accounts can be blocked until we get the confirmation from the owner of the account about of non-violation of Anti-spam policy. Accounts of users who tried to use Service to send a spam would blocked until we get the information of consent of subscribers. We reserve the full right to make the decision about whether the Rules of service violated and about possibility to continue the use the Service. We don't accept spam and every attempt to send it will be stopped without any compensation of paid opportunities.

If the indicators of your campaigns has a level of spam reports more than 0.1%, the level of bounced more than 20%, the opened message, less than 5%, access to your account can be blocked to make a check on the fulfillment of the rules of Anti-spam policy. If the scan determines that campaigns is sent without the consent of subscribers your account will be completely blocked and you can no longer use Service. Otherwise, access to the account will be restored and you can continue to use the Service.

Each message which sent from Service has a unsubscribe link. If the subscriber refused to get the campaign you can't send message to him anymore. The users which try to send messages to this subscribers again without a getting confirmation repeatedly or who try to delete the unsubscribe link or make it invisible by adding an empty space at the end of the message will be blocked for violation of the rules of Anti-spam policy without any compensation of paid opportunities for rude violation of Terms of use.
